Hannah Fish serves as the Associate Director of Education and Communications.
Hannah is responsible for expanding PQA’s communication outreach and leading PQA’s education initiatives. She also serves as the staff liaison to the PQA Adult Immunization Task Force.
Hannah previously served as the 2015-2016 PQA Executive Fellow in a one-year, post-graduate training program. In this role, she was responsible for issues related to appropriate medication management and use, as well as managing PQA projects and research initiatives. During her fellowship she greatly expanded PQA’s academic and Ambassador initiatives to engage students in quality. She also participated in PQA Measure Development Teams and Taskforces to support quality metric design and use.
Hannah earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Toledo’s College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. While at University of Toledo, she distinguished herself through academic excellence and several leadership roles in professional organizations.
