The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) proposed program provides Medicare Part D Prescription Drub Plans the opportunity to use innovative MTM programs to improve the quality of patient care while reducing costs.  Comments to CMS requested by April 26, 2016.

America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) convened the Core Measures Quality Collaborative with the goal of collaborating on the development of a core set of measures in selected clinical areas.

Expanded Support for Medicaid Health Information Exchanges

In March, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) announced rule changes allowing for Medicaid HITECH funds to support all Medicaid providers, including pharmacies that Eligible Professionals want to coordinate caer with.  It may also provide on-boarding of these providers.
